Do you ever have that feeling that no matter what you do, and how hard you try, something seems to hold you back? Perhaps you are facing a new challenge at home or at work? Are you worrying and stressing everyday about things? Do you need help to restore confidence and focus? Do you need a well-qualified, experienced life coach to be by your side to help you regain your passion for life and get clear on what you really want?
Get in touch to find out how we can work together to create the changes in your life that you have been waiting for. Change is one of the hardest things to achieve on your own. As human beings we are hardwired to stick to what we know and what we feel safe with.
Making changes in our life requires us to get outside of our comfort zone, which is not an easy thing to do without help and support.
As your personal life coach I can help you to set goals and uncover things that have been holding you back for years. Behind many of the barriers to success are often negative core beliefs. Most of us do not even know they are there. But by ‘holding a safe place’ for you to explore this subconscious belief system you can make real, positive changes in your life. I can help you combat the negative back chatter that we always have whenever we try achieve goals on our own. And instead of being overwhelmed by the prospect of change in your life, you can feel motivated to take action.

But in order for it to be effective it needs the life coach and the client to be prepared to do a bit of hard graft. If these two things are in place, the results can be incredible and life-changing.
It is a series of conversations that take place in a safe environment between a trained therapist and the client /coachee. As your life coach, I will support you through a series of searching and significant questions to reach a level of self-awareness which will open new doors for you. I will sometimes be a sounding board and sometimes act as a mirror reflecting back to you all the things that you have learnt about yourself. I will always hold a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and actions.
There are some similarities between counselling and life coaching for example, they are both conversational, build rapport and working on a positive therapeutic relationship.
However, whereas counselling is retrospective, mostly based in the past; coaching looks at where you are now and where you want to be. It is goal orientated and action focussed. It will only visit the past when necessary, in order to understand and obstacles that have held you back.
In as much as it can make you feel better, yes I think life coaching can be seen as a therapy. But it does not mean that you need ‘something to heal’ to benefit from life coaching. Many people know that they can live better lives, maintain balance and learn better coping strategies. Life coaching can achieve all of these things.
Just as you can have a fitness coach at the gym who helps you work out, encourages you and helps you set goals; a life coach can do the same by helping you change your thinking, leading to you living a happier life. You don’t have a broken body when you go to a fitness coach, you just realise that your body could improve in some areas. It’s the same with life coaching. You don’t need fixing, you only need motivation to achieve a better and happier version of yourself.
Most definitely yes, hence the massive growth in the popularity over the past 15-20 years. However it does require an investment of time and money from the individual and the skill and devotion of a good coach.
I’m afraid not, but I will help you find the answers.
This is where life coaching differs from being a consultant. Some of my clients have come to me asking if I’m going to tell them what to do and give them all the answers, but the life coaching approach maintains that you are always the expert in your own life. Trust me, you will have your own answers inside, even though I know it doesn’t feel like it sometimes, and that is where I come in. My expertise is in guiding you to solve your own problems. This is why life coaching is such a great investment, it provides you with the tools and self-awareness to tackle your own problems.
You will have a new mind-set to plan your own goals, not just now but in the future too. Although, as a life coach, I may sometimes provide tips, signposting or food for thought - I will always empower you with the decision making.
While the principals of life coaching will always be the same, the styles and the way some life coaches work may vary. Some life coaches are general like myself, while others are niche (relationship coaching , retirement coaching ,musician coaching, business coaching).
I prefer to keep my coaching open. As life is so interconnected if you can make positive changes in one area like your health, then the ripples will be far reaching and improvements will be felt in other life-sectors such as: career, relationships, sleep etc. I have coached a wide variety of clients in my career and prefer to keep my coaching open to all.
Over the years I have adapted an organic approach tailored around my client’s needs. This way we can ensure focus and achieve rapid results. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach, so our coaching sessions will be personalised to your needs.
Life Coaching helps develop a positive outlook and encourages action. My clients report a direct positive effect on their health, relationships and happiness levels.
They tell me that they have less negative self-talk and many have been released from feelings of bitterness, regret and resentment that have been holding them back for years.Life Coaching is an investment in yourself and your future. If you really apply yourself to the life coaching process you will acquire new skills and insights that will really help your personal development.
We can begin by taking an overview of your life and together identify the areas that need action and/or attention.I will help you set clear, measurable goals and we will work out the action steps towards achieving them.
This is why life coaching is so powerful, because it is action orientated. When occasionally my clients struggle to take action on their tasks, we look at why this has not been possible - this is also a self-discovery opportunity. Most of us have a negative self-talk which holds us back and tells us we are not good enough. You will find that these feelings will take a back seat or even become completely eradicated after working together.
I will ask significant questions, which through moments of realisation will help you achieve a deep level of self-awareness. Working together we can eliminate those limiting beliefs and expand your comfort zone. During your coaching journey I will be the support you need to connect with your inner wisdom. My clients have found benefits in the following keys areas: confidence, coping with change, stress management, relationships and work-life balance.“Sal is an incredibly talented coach. Her skill and insight really have given me 'Clarity' on things.
Her insight and wisdom have had a real practical and valuable impact on my daily life. I am actually living a life I’m excited about!”

“I worked with Sal about 9 years ago and then contacted her again recently for some more support as again I felt my life was in transition.
Sal is grounded, kind, trustworthy and positive. She has an infectious energy about life in general. Who wouldn’t want a life coach like that? I have no hesitation in recommending Sal again.”
Roger Thorne
“Working with Sal was special. She is intuitive, insightful, gentle and yet strong.
I have only had two sessions of EFT and I can honestly say it has been life changing”
Anais Bernard
“I reached a turning point at work and didn’t know which way to go. My girlfriend had been coached by Sal a couple of years ago, so she came highly recommended. I have enjoyed every second of working with Sal, she is so positive and upbeat.
I’ve learnt so much about myself already. Sal has really given my confidence a boost and my outlook is so much more positive now. I am considering options and opportunities that I would have definitely just ruled out before I worked with Sal and now I’m just going for it! If you are looking for someone who knows what she is talking about you are in good hands she will help make you the best version of yourself and that’s what we all strive for isn’t it”

"I have worked with Sal twice now. Once about 7 years ago and now more recently again. She is a brilliant life coach. I used to feel so stuck in my life and didn’t know where to turn. But Sal was so kind, patient and skilful.
She really helped me understand my own mind and gain a whole new positive perspective on life. Years later, when I reached another turned point in my life again and the fear started to kick in. I knew I needed to see her again...she hasn’t disappointed ! A highly recommended life coach!"

"When I started working with Sal I was literally “all over the place”. I had not had life coaching or EFT before and didn’t know what to expect. Working with Sal I realised that the beliefs I lived my life by were very well rooted back at a very young age in my childhood , most likely pre speech ,hence my persisting problem in being able to verbalise them.
After the sessions of life coaching I suddenly felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I could breathe again. I am actually achieving things and feeling good about myself now. I would recommend clarity life coaching to everyone."
Allie K
"Sal and I have built a great understanding whilst working together within my Life Coaching sessions.
She has really helped me to see myself in the future and set realistic goals to work through in order to achieve my capabilities.
This is the second time around approaching Sal due to her guidance, understanding and being able to break down tasks in order to make my goals achievable."
